Decades of farming have taught us to trust our instincts for quality food which is why we questioned the industry standard of picking pods while still green for the sake of uniformity and shipping.

Hawaiian Red Vanilla
Our extracts are very dense and dark, but show up a brilliant deep red when viewed through sunlight! To simply call it red is not enough, our special vanilla beans create a rich, ruby red extract!
